Significant Improvements in 5 μm HPLC Efficiency and Resolution (TN-1133)

Abstract:

This technical note compares Kinetex 5 μm core-shell technology to traditional fully porous HPLC materials. Without the need for extensive method development, replacing a fully porous 5 μm column with the Kinetex 5 μm core-shell column results in improved chromatographic resultion and sensitivity as well as lower backpressures.
